Bay Area Chapter
Bay Area Chapter
The Bay Area Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas is a community of people who live, work, and play in cities and towns located in Brazoria and Galveston counties. Our membership consists of both seasoned and brand new Federationists. We meet on the third Saturday of each month, beginning at 10 a.m. and ending by noon. The NFB of Texas office plays host for our meetings, and all are welcome.
We are a spirited group with lots of plans to improve the communities where we live. Come and join us.
MEETING LOCATION: 1600 E Highway 6, Suite 215, Alvin, TX 77511 (First National Bank of Alvin Bldg). Our suite is on the second floor, and we are the only office with a glass door. Please, enter the building using the door on the Highway 6 side of the building. If the outside door is locked, call the chapter's telephone number so someone can let you into the building.
Please note that the June 2024 meeting will take place on June 22.
Meetings: 3rd Saturday of every month
